Why do dogs love tennis balls?

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
From childhood till today, I have not been able to understand why these dogs love tennis balls so much. Even in childhood, when we used to play, the dog used to put the tennis ball in its mouth and run away and then start playing itself. Please share your views

tennis ball is just an example, dog love each and everything that attracts them to play, joy and fun and chew ..hahaha. They are very loyal to their owners and thus seek attention and want to play with them. I live in Birmingham with my Alsatians and trust me he not only gets excited with a tennis ball but also with pom pom, and baby toys….

The tennis balls bounces which gives competition to the dogs and the dogs consider it as a challenge and run after it and catch tennis balls in their mouth.
